Linda Morabito, archaic computers and a hot Voyager tee-shirt
This fine young lass is Linda Morabito, and she was probably one of the most desirable young ladies working anywhere in Pasadena, but certainly at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Check out that stylish computer she’s working with. She’s telling you, yes you, all about the discovery of volcanoes on Io.
Makes me want to travel back in time, it makes sense, i always wanted to work at nasa, and feel a greater interest in space, maybe the subjet was to meet Linda “in so doing”
She is the perfect example that a woman regardless of it’s look, deserves respect in whichever field that she’s envolved in, and she do make one of the most importants discoveries, on the voyager mision, as for the voyager the best is yet to be seen, the Kuiper belt as example.
If I worked at the JPL at the time, I’d have handed over my findings to her for a date. And if there were more chicks like that in astrophysics, I’d have pursued a career in it.
