Plane crash bodies ‘frozen solid’
2.02PM, Mon Aug 15 2005
Most of the bodies recovered from the Cypriot airliner that crashed in Greece killing all 121 on board were “frozen solid”, it has been claimed.

The German pilot and a family of four Armenians were the only foreigners among those killed in the Helios Airways crash. There were also 12 Greek dead with the other 104 victims all Cypriots.

In a bid to determine the cause of yesterday’s tragedy, experts are examining both the cockpit voice recorder and the flight data recorder to try to find out exactly what happened.

Earlier reports that the airline’s fleet had been grounded have been denied. “Our flights have not been grounded,” a spokeswoman for the company said in London.

Reports suggest that the pilot had told air traffic controllers the Helios Airways Boeing 737 was experiencing problems with cabin pressure.

A mobile text message from one passenger to his cousin read: “The pilot has turned blue. Cousin farewell, we’re freezing”.

Police said there were no signs of survivors among the 115 passengers and six crew members on board the flight of which 59 adults and eight children were heading to Athens, with 48 continuing on to Prague.

Wreckage was scattered widely about the mountainous, uninhabited area, about 25 miles north of Athens. Dense black smoke billowed from several small fires.

hmm…
11:56 – every couple nights lately, i have these epiphany moments
11:56 – where a lot seems to make sense
11:57-vs. most of the time where nothing makes sense to me at all.

(other person speaks…)

11:57 – i think I’ve let myself become very confused
11:57 – and i walk around like this zombie parrot
11:57 – sleepily repeating things back to people
11:57 – yes, i agree
11:57 – yes, but
11:57 – interesting you should say that
11:58 – oh that reminds me of…
11:58 – and on and on.
11:58 – I feel like the frog prince

(other person speaks…)

11:58 – i believe the only thing that is going to set me free is a kiss.
11:59 – kiss, as an act of faith
12:00 – the epiphany moments are like weightlessness, vertigo
12:00 – the penultimate moment of opening your ears because someone is about to speak
12:00 – i’m listening so hard.

maybe I shouldn’t speak it’s name

Last night I dreamt that I was someplace suburbia with my coworker Shaun, and my friend Abbye. I noticed that through a window I could see a woman watching us. So I nonchalantly strolled out into the back yard. and then over to her back door. Shaun and Abbye (who’ve never met, and probably never will) were also outside but were looking away when I was pulled into her house. The interior of the house was the prototypical KY poor suburban affair with a kitchen and living areas open at one end, and a hall with rooms for branches. She was very attractive up close. She had a tiny frame, pixiesque with thick strawberry curls. Maybe like Bernadette Peters. So we’re hot for each other and end up in the bathroom naked, and trying to hide from the prying eyes of Abbye and Shaun who are looking for us. We keep nearly getting started before we realize that they might see us. I have this conficted feeling because part of me really wants to get it on, and part of me is scared that a. we’ll be interrupted once caught by these two, who may be legitimately worried about my location, and b. that this stranger is actually something she’s not…..

She leaves for a second and I find her again in the allway coming towards me, saying something cryptic and seductive, except that now she’s like 9 feet tall, all legs coming down to..

a hoof. not a horses hoof entirely but imagine Pan. Straight legs human flesh, but a split hoof and a thick sole.

Time to get the eff out of here. Damnit. Why is it that I end up in some super-hot situation, forbidden and naughty, and then discover that my seducer has a deformity that makes me think she’s the devil?

I need to get my head fixed.

(This happened to me once before with Nicole Kidman) She had three rows of piranha teeth.

A day at the dock -trying something new.
